​Direct Owner Deal is a digital advertising platform for real estate properties. We are NOT real estate agents or brokers. We do not charge any commission on sales. We only charge a fixed fee for advertising your property on our platform and social media (Facebook & YouTube).

​2. Property Documents & Accuracy (ஆவணங்களின் உண்மைத்தன்மை)

​The Property Owner/Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the property details, documents, and survey numbers provided.

​Direct Owner Deal does not verify the legal title or physical condition of the properties.

​Buyers are strongly advised to verify all original documents and perform due diligence before making any payments or legal commitments. Direct Owner Deal shall not be held liable for any legal disputes or financial losses.

​3. Advertising Plans & Money Back Guarantee (கட்டண முறைகள்)

​Starter Plan (₹3,000): Valid for 7 days. Expected 1 to 30 direct buyer calls.

​Premium Plan (₹9,000): Valid for 30 days. Expected 1 to 100 direct buyer calls.

​Money Back Guarantee: If the property owner does not receive even a single (1) inquiry call within the first 24 hours of the advertisement going live, a 100% refund will be issued.

​Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the advertisement launch if no calls were received.

​4. User Responsibilities

​Users must not:

​Post misleading or fraudulent property information.

​Use the contact information provided on the site for spamming or harassment.

​Reproduce or republish content from Direct Owner Deal without written permission.

​5. Limitation of Liability

​To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Direct Owner Deal shall not be liable for:

​Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service.

​Any disputes, fraud, or issues arising between the Buyer and the Seller.

​Any technical issues or temporary unavailability of the website.

​6. Content Moderation

​Direct Owner Deal reserves the right to monitor all advertisements and comments. We may remove any content that is considered inappropriate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

​7. Privacy & Cookies

​We use cookies to enhance your experience. By using our website, you agree to our use of essential cookies for website operation. Your personal data shared for advertising will be handled as per our privacy policy.

​8. Jurisdiction

​These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
